Seller Policy

This Seller Policy explains the rules for vendors who list and sell products on XCrossDele.

1. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must create an account, provide accurate profile information, complete required KYC checks, and submit valid bank details before selling on XCrossDele.

2. Vendor Onboarding

Sellers are onboarded through account registration, email verification, KYC submission, bank account validation, and platform review. XCrossDele may approve, reject, restrict, or suspend seller access where necessary.

4. Enhanced Due Diligence

XCrossDele may conduct enhanced due diligence on sellers by validating bank account details, reviewing product categories, monitoring transaction behaviour, checking suspicious activity, and manually reviewing high-risk listings or sellers.

5. Product Listing Rules

Sellers must provide accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, categories, files, images, and delivery information. Listings must not mislead buyers or violate marketplace rules.

7. Payments and Settlement

Standard seller earnings are processed through Paystack split settlement to verified seller subaccounts where applicable. XCrossDele retains its platform commission from each transaction. Internal wallet balances are used only for manual credits, refunds, legacy balances, or fallback payout cases.

9. Disputes and Refunds

Where a buyer raises a dispute, XCrossDele may review the order, product listing, seller response, delivery evidence, and payment records. Valid disputes may result in refund handling, product removal, seller warning, account restriction, or payout review.

10. Account Suspension

XCrossDele may suspend or terminate a seller account for fraud, repeated disputes, misleading listings, prohibited products, failed KYC, suspicious activity, or violation of marketplace policies.

11. Policy Updates

XCrossDele may update this Seller Policy from time to time. Continued use of seller tools after updates means the seller accepts the revised policy.
