These Terms & Conditions govern your use of XCrossDele and apply to all users,
including buyers, sellers, and visitors to the platform.
By accessing or using XCrossDele, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
XCrossDele operates as a marketplace that allows users to list, buy, and sell digital and physical products. We may facilitate listings, payments, wallet records, and seller operations, but sellers remain responsible for the products they list.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Users may not list unlawful, misleading, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited products. XCrossDele reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or take other action where necessary.
Prices displayed on XCrossDele are set by sellers or the platform as applicable. Payments are processed through approved payment channels. XCrossDele may deduct commissions, service charges, or applicable platform fees from seller transactions.
Seller earnings may be recorded in a wallet balance within the platform. Withdrawals may be subject to review, approval, verification, processing timelines, platform rules, and applicable charges. XCrossDele reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals where fraud, disputes, compliance concerns, or policy violations are suspected.
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their account and email details are correct and that they download or access products within a reasonable period.
For physical goods, sellers are responsible for proper fulfillment, packaging, and delivery arrangements unless otherwise stated by the platform.
Refund eligibility depends on product type, delivery status, applicable policies, and the nature of the dispute. Digital goods may be non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or where the platform determines a valid issue exists.
All platform branding, content, and non-user materials on XCrossDele remain the property of the platform or its licensors. Users must not reproduce, copy, or misuse protected content without authorization.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where a user violates these Terms, engages in suspicious activity, causes risk to the platform, or acts in a manner inconsistent with marketplace safety or legal compliance.
XCrossDele provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, transactions between users, delays, data loss, business interruption, or third-party conduct.
We may update these Terms & Conditions or modify parts of the platform at any time. Continued use of XCrossDele after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and general commercial principles relevant to the operation of the platform.
