XCrossDele is a marketplace for academic materials, digital products, and selected physical products.
This Acceptable Use Policy explains what sellers and users may or may not upload, sell, purchase, or promote on the platform.
Allowed Products
- Academic project materials, journals, e-books, and educational resources.
- Digital products that the seller has the legal right to sell.
- General physical products such as electronics, phones, fashion items, and related consumer goods.
Prohibited Products and Activities
- Illegal products or services.
- Stolen, counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings.
- Weapons, explosives, harmful chemicals, or dangerous items.
- Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit materials.
- Drugs, controlled substances, or related products.
- Hate speech, extremist content, or content promoting violence.
- Products that violate Paystack policies, Nigerian law, or applicable regulations.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on the rights of others.
XCrossDele may review, suspend, remove, or reject any product that violates this policy.
Enforcement
Where a violation is detected, XCrossDele may remove the listing, suspend the seller account, restrict payouts, cancel transactions, or report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required.
