ABSTRACT
Integration of Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) will assist teachers to the global requirement to replace traditional teaching methods with a technology-based teaching and learning tools and facilities. ICT is considered as one of the main elements in transforming the Nations to the future development. This study investigated the influence of multimedia resources on teaching of computer science in junior secondary school students in oshimili south local government area of Delta state. Three research questions guided the study. The study adopted survey design. Twelve (12) questionnaires were formulated from the research questions which were administered to the respondents. The population of the study comprised 30 teachers in the ten selected secondary schools. The instrument was validated by two experts. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics of mean. The study further confirmed the challenges as lack of supports from the school top management, lack of technical support staffs, lack of adequate ICT facilities, teaching time are not enough for teachers to use the ICT tools and many more. Recommendation was made based on the findings
